Basic Herbal Tea
1 Tbls fresh herb or 1 tsp dried herb
1 cup hot distilled, or purified water (distilled is best)
Add dried herb into water, stir, set a plate on top of cup and let it steep (set) for 10-15, strain and add honey to taste. You can make a big pan of herbal tea, strain it, add sweetener and keep in the fridge to use throughout the day. Herbal tea is so extremely nutritive and calming. You can Google herbs and read about the nutrient content. You really can use any herb i.e. raspberry leaf, peach tree leaf, nettle, peppermint, yarrow, catnip, etc. You can get bagged, dried herbs at most any health food store or your back yard!
